Janata Bank Job circular 2023 

Bangladesh Bank has published a recruitment circular for the post of 'Officer-Rural Credit/RC' for the year 2021 in Janata Bank Limited, a member of the Bankers Selection Committee. Interested candidates should apply online.

Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in any discipline or Bachelor's/Graduate (Honours) Degree of four years duration. Minimum 1 Division/Class in Secondary School Certificate/Equivalent and above examinations. Government policies will be applicable to the results of the grading process. Third Division/Class will not be accepted at any stage during the academic career.

Pay Scale: Rs.16,000-38,640 and other benefits payable as per rules.
Age Limit: Maximum age of application is 30 years. However, in case of children of freedom fighters and physically challenged applicants, the maximum age is 32 years. According to the decision of the Ministry of Public Administration, those who have reached the maximum age limit on March 25, 2020 can also apply.

Special conditions: Recruits will be posted only in Grade-II, III and IV branches involving agricultural credit. All work related to agricultural credit should be done there. Compulsorily, agricultural credit-related grade-2, 3 and 4 branches located in rural areas should go door-to-door and select the right borrowers through survey and disburse agricultural loans and similarly carry out the duties of agricultural loan collection. Up to the time of promotion to two higher posts (POs) those grades should be employed in the Agricultural Credit-related branch. Not related to agriculture credit in any way—No transfer/posting in such branches and Grade-I, Corporate-II and Corporate-I branches or Area Offices/Divisional Offices or Head Offices. These obligations will be waived after promotion to the post of SEO.
